The founder and his team are personally very involved in solving unemployment in the European Union. Job seekers and employers often do not know where to find each other. TrabaYa offers the solution through a platform to let job seekers and employers come into direct contact with each other without the intervention of exploiters such as employment agencies that earn money on the backs of employees and employers.
WHY:
In The Netherlands (one of the richest countries of Europe) is an urgent need for workers to fill the 400,000 jobs for which no people are available.
To do something about the problem of unemployment in the EU and on the other hand the job options, the founder has created a platform to bring job seekers and employers together in an affordable way.
